Webb, 50, Springboro, Ohio, pleaded guilty to mail fraud for soliciting homeowners who were in danger of losing their homes through foreclosure, and falsely promising them he could provide affordable solutions and assistance to enable the homeowners to keep their homes and not put them in a more difficult position.
